Property Maintenance & Management in North Cyprus is probably the most important service for the owner of a property abroad. Our goal is to provide at a reasonable cost, a service of the highest standard that looks after all aspects of your property, giving you the peace of mind that your investment will always remain in peak condition.

In order to retain market value of your property, an owner must maintain and improve the property on an ongoing basis. With the experience of our property management & construction team we will be there to assist you throughout any difficulties.

Basic Property Management Package - £35 monthly
This amount is paid a year in advance (£420) on signing our property management contract.
A starter float of £100 is required for payment of bills.  Top up payments can be paid in or transferred into our UK account.

• Weekly Internal & External inspection of your property
• Full working check of air-condition units
• Flush all toilets & run taps
• Open windows and doors to freshen house
• Provide Air Fresheners (unless clients allergic to them)
• House plant watering
• Payment of utility bills (Clients own separate cost from Float)
• Weekly security inspection (At a different time to the other inspections)
• Carrington will arrange and manage any repairs (In consultation with owners)
• Roof / Guttering in working order (After Winter storms)
• Organisation of Swimming pool & house hold water deliveries.
• Monthly email updates to all clients.
• Check of household electrics.
• Check all appliances.
• Check for water leaks.
• On call telephone number provided.

Villa Rental and Cleaning Services - Price £50

Carrington has its own team of cleaners to prepare the property for your self and your guests. We will continue to check on your property throughout your visitors stay. A member of the Carrington team will call and introduce themselves to your guests shortly after their arrival and will provide them with a telephone contact number and property information.

• Full house cleaning, including internal windows
• Preparation of beds, bedding & towels
• Washing and ironing of bedding & towels
• Regular checks on your property and guests.
• Providing welcome packs (extra cost)
• Car hire at competitive prices.
• Free or discounted airport collection if using a hire car booked through Carrington
• A list of useful contact numbers will be left in each villa.
